Sealed Products
All sealed products (such as booster boxes, booster packs, tins, and Elite Trainer Boxes) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
This policy helps protect product integrity and prevent tampering or resealing.
Singles, Accessories & Other Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items such as single cards, accessories, and collectibles.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened (if applicable), and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our [Contact] page found in the Menu Bar
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged, or

The incorrect item was sent due to a seller error.
In those cases, SnorOps TCG & Collectibles will provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping cost.

Request a Prepaid Return Label
We can email you a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Restocking Fee
For certain returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. This fee helps cover costs associated with:

Restocking fees typically apply to:

The restocking fee will be clearly communicated before the return is processed and deducted from your refund. Returns for items that arrive damaged or were sent incorrectly will not incur a restocking fee.
